My friends and I have a game where we nominate and then choose the best email of the week. For example, the snakes on the playground was the first winner, and then the cockroach in my food was the second. Here is this week's winner. Oh how the drama keeps me going!

Subject: essential Information to share to all of you
I have been attending many meetings with ISAT and Educational Private Section regarding students’ issues. Therefore, I have essential information to share with all of you.
According to the school handbook, stated that the students can be expelled if they make some type of mistake. Unfortunately, to follow the regulations on this issue is against the Thai law. The Thai law has been set or created for the students in order to suit the Thai culture.
As we know, Thai people are kind and tolerant. Most of them are considerate. We forgive and forget.
1. The steps or kinds of punishment required by Thai law. (With any kind of mistake or misbehavior)
No suspension, no explusion (student can not be expelled), no physical punishment or emotional abuse.
Once you discipline the students, you need to explain the reason clearly for punishment at the same times using tolerance and understanding.
Therefore, it’s not fair for the students to be treated inappropriately.
I will upset if we fail to do all we should do in order to deal with the students. We work as a team. Everyone in the school is equally important to make TCIS better.

Good morning, Khun SEENAM…does this mean then that no matter how severe the infraction is from a student, they continuously get pardoned and in all actuality, “get away” with whatever it is they get away with…with just a slap on the hand and that’s it?! You hi-lighted the part that states “no physical punishment or emotional abuse” to these students who cause the infraction…what about the other students they cause it to?! Don’t they have rights as well to feel safe and secure and free from torment?! My intention here is simply to clarify and not to make waves…I hope you understand, ma’am. Thank you so much…CIAO!!!

From your message, I think you misunderstand me. Please read through my message again and find the meanings.
If any one doesn’t understand my meanings, it means you need to go to find some text book regarding developmental psychology or adult psychology or ask your friends.

Yeah, I love how it’s in stark contrast to the statement she made before.
"As we know, Thai people are kind and tolerant."
Nice.

Do these laws apply to teachers as well? If so, I’m going to down a few beers for lunch at work tomorrow.

1.1 written contract, student promises to refrain from misbehavior.
1.2 Deduct the scores from behavior score.
The students are the product or the result of the parents and the school. We have to take responsibility for dealing with students’ problem and educating them at the same time.
This means you can say the school drove you to drinking.
