Hilarious!

So my friend Sheldon has been called "Shelton" by our boss for the last year and a half. We all just kind of thought that was how she pronounced it, since his email is Sheldon, his door says Sheldon, and everyone else everywhere calls him Sheldon (well, besides his close friends who like to purposely call him "Shelton" to mess with him). So at every meeting or assembly that we have we all snicker when she says things like, "I'd like to thank Shelton." Oh, but today was just the greatest. She sent out her weekly Lower School newsletter and WROTE, "I would like to thank SHELTON for organizing the chess tournament."

Seconds later Sheldon sent out this email to about 15 of us:

Wow,
My boss actually wrote my name as Shelton in the LS Gazette.

This was of course followed by numerous emails:

Then I sent out an email that had a voting button attached (our school email has this feature and you can have people click on yes, or no, OOORRR make up your own buttons. So I wrote:

Part of me thinks it would be wonderful to see her reaction when she realizes she's been calling him the wrong name for this long, but the fact that every time she says "Shelton" brings so many of us so much joy makes me hope this goes on for a while longer.
